Where it began
About ten years ago, Clikdocs began with a simple idea: important things in life and business should not become difficult simply because they involve paperwork, procedures or professional services. Our founder saw how often people were left working out unfamiliar processes on their own — unsure where to begin, whom to trust, or what would be required of them. What seemed like a small requirement could quickly turn into a frustrating experience. Clikdocs was created to change that.
The problem we set out to solve
There was a clear gap between needing a service and knowing how to get it done. Legal and professional processes felt distant and complicated, information was scattered across different sources, and finding the right person for a particular requirement was rarely straightforward. For someone dealing with a personal document, a professional handling an important certification, or a business meeting its obligations, the challenge was usually not the requirement itself — it was everything surrounding it.
From an idea to a platform
As the platform grew it became clear that the need went far beyond a single kind of service. People need different support at different points in their lives, and businesses meet new legal, regulatory, financial and operational requirements as they grow. So Clikdocs became broader: legal, documentation, registration, licensing, taxation, certification, compliance and business services in one place, with the ambition of being somewhere people return to whenever a professional requirement arises.
